What is your appointment cancellation policy?
We appreciate you understanding that in a service business time is valuable. Last minute cancellations cost us financially and are unfair to other clients who may have needed to come in sooner.
Please do not book appointments that you do not intend to keep. "Just let your word 'Yes' mean yes."
We adhere to a strict 48 hour cancellation policy which does not include weekends or holidays. If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will be responsible to pay for the full amount of the services you booked. For example, if you book a full bioenergetic test and an ionic footbath, you will be responsible for the full cost of both services.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates this policy.
